Kasundi is a traditional Bengali recipe, which can be paired with snacks, appetizers and finger foods. It is a mustard sauce made by fermenting mustard seeds, and much stronger and sharper than other kinds of mustard sauce.



  • Yellow mustard seed
  • Coriander powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Ginger(finely chopped)
  • Green Chilli
  • Lemon
  • Sugar 1-2tbsp
